By Commissioning me you accept all these terms of service. So please do read them.
Preferred payment is paypal/kofi can do other platforms. (preference friends&family) If fees are necessary may be extra charge.
-can do split payment if order is over a certain amount.
-TAT Estimated time depends on what I quote. Estimated time is an estimate and not a guarantee. 1-3 months is average but I can do a lot less time as well. (This may change depending on que) (I have a busy life: I have college full time, another job, and deal with a lot of pain flare ups and mental health issues. Please be patient <3) I will get art to you! I will update you and feel free to ask about progress, I also have a Trello that keeps progress up to date and a channel in my discord that shows my progress.
-TAT I can do stricter deadlines for an extra charge. This means that commission will be prioritized over other commissions. Ex: for an anniversary or specific date. This is a guarantee and not an estimate.
-Do not edit my art without permission. This includes commissions. Feel free to ask me about it. Cropping is alright but recoloring or adding on to the piece is not permitted without asking me. Basically no big modifications. This includes all illustrations.
-No refunds unless the piece has not been started in 3 months.
- Willing to make revisions, after 4 major revisions there may be a charge
-will send updates if you don't approve I may not continue.
-I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason
-I love trying unique species so feel free to ask! most likely will say yes
-Be kind<3
-No commercial use for commissions unless discussed for extra charge and approved
- Do not resell adopts feel free to ask for me to buy it back from you.
-I have the right to use all art I create including commissions for examples and social media unless discussed otherwise.
-Do no use for AI. (You will get blacklisted)
-try to credit me when you post the art online. (For example: as a pfp please credit me)
-if you leave a server, havenât friended me and we lose contact that is your responsibility. I will not give refunds because of that. Please make sure we are able to stay in contact during and after commission process.
